Original painting: Sold
Tucked away on a quiet Soho side street, not far from the chaos, sits the Hat Factory—a building I used to go out of my way to pass when I worked nearby. The façade had everything: great typography, bold colour, beautiful windows… it just demanded to be drawn.
So I did. While sketching it out on the pavement, I ended up chatting to the new owner, who ran an agency inside. He bought the original there and then—and now it hangs back in the building itself, looking out over London from the fourth floor.
